Vision
To empower pastors and their congregations to maximize their God given potential spiritually, economically and numerically ( church growth), by providing training, resources and opportunities that will help every pastor go higher in the Lord.

01
Bi-Monthly Training & Development for Pastors & Ministry Leaders
The strength and growth of any church are directly connected to the strength and growth of its leadership. For that reason, it is essential that all pastors and ministry leaders participate faithfully in a
bi-monthly training. Continuous training equips our leaders with the spiritual insight, practical knowledge, and ministry skills needed to effectively serve God’s people in an ever-changing world.

02
Church Growth & Evangelism
Evangelism is the heartbeat of the Church. It is the means by which we fulfill the Great Commission and expand the Kingdom of God. Within our jurisdiction, the Evangelism Department plays a crucial role in ensuring that every church—large or small—remains active in reaching souls for Christ. One of the most effective ways to strengthen smaller congregations is through organized neighborhood canvassing efforts, led and supported by the Evangelism Department.
03
Life Insurance/Retirement Plans for Pastors
As spiritual leaders, pastors and ministry leaders dedicate their lives to serving others, often putting the needs of their congregations before their own. However, part of responsible and godly stewardship includes planning for the financial security of one’s family in the event of death or unforeseen tragedy. For this reason, it is essential that all pastors and ministry leaders participate in a Group Life Insurance/Retirement Plan, with their spouses designated as the beneficiaries.

04
Fellowship & Worship Opportunities
Encouragement and support are equally vital, as ministry can at times be isolating and burdensome. Pastors often pour into others while neglecting their own need for affirmation and renewal. A fellowship of churches provides a network where pastors can be uplifted, share wisdom, and find accountability among peers who understand their journey.
Prayer is the lifeline of every believer, and it is the foundation upon which effective ministry is built. For pastors and ministry leaders, participation in a daily prayer line is not merely a spiritual routine—it is a vital discipline that strengthens leadership, fosters unity, and invites the presence and power of God into every aspect of church life.

Holiness
Saints must stand for holiness because holiness reflects the very nature and character of God and distinguishes His people from the spirit of the world. Scripture declares, “Be ye holy; for I am holy” (1 Peter 1:15–16), reminding believers that holiness is not optional but a divine calling. When saints live consecrated lives—set apart in conduct, speech, and devotion—they become living testimonies of God’s transforming power. Hebrews 12:14 further instructs, “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord,” emphasizing that holiness is essential to intimate fellowship with God and eternal hope. By standing for holiness, saints preserve spiritual integrity, guard the witness of the Church, and shine as lights in a dark world, demonstrating that righteousness still exalts a people who honor the Lord.
